• Dress comfortably: Wear clothing that allows for ease of movement.
• Pack the bag: Bring a journal, pen and a mug/cup for tea. I also encourage you to put whatever you are called to into the bag, maybe it's a crystal or something you would like to share, listen to your intuition.
• Come ready to connect, share, and learn.
